Privacy

We collect as little as possible. We don’t sell data, show advertising or track you across other sites.

Visiting the site

• Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors.
• Your settings. If you choose the regions you follow, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage). It never reaches us.
• Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you open a page.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks.

The newsletter

If you subscribe to The Sunday note, your email address is stored by Kit, the service that sends it. We use it only to send the newsletter. You confirm your subscription by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every issue.
